Pipes Plant Farm began operation in 1985 by Joe Pipes to fill a need for 4 inch seasonal color in the north Texas region. Joe Pipes concentrated on growing high quality plants through the years to accommodate its landscape contractor clientele. The small local communities surrounding the nursery began growing into residential cities increasing the number of customers stopping by asking to purchase plants for their personal use convinced Joe Pipes to open a retail store.
In 1995 The Flower Ranch opened its doors to homeowners, still selling the same high quality plants that made Pipes Plant Farm an industry leader to begin with.

The Flower Ranch is a grower and producer of annuals, bedding plants, ground covers, ferns, baskets and other plants for your home and garden.

We are located In Southlake Texas, (Fort Worth - Dallas and surrounding communities). If you are visiting our website from an area other than north Texas enjoy your visit. Many of the plants we sell and describe here are suitable for many regions and environments, although we highly recommend you visiting a local garden center in your geographical region to make your final decisions and purchases.
