Sago Palm
Hardy - Perennial - Sun
3-5' tall x 3-5' Feet wide (at maturity)
Season: spring summer and fall
Sold By: Individual
A severe winter may burn back the fronds of this palm, but the plant survives and new leaves emerge with the heat and sun of our spring. Trim off brown fronds before spring and fertilize as the temperatures warm up for best results.
Protect from winter freeze if you have room in
garage or storage space for a huge specimen over the years.

Palm, Mexican Fan
Prefers Full sun, mostly sun
This fast growing hardy palm sets the stage for that tropical look in the garden and around the pool.
The fronds may get burned each winter, but the heart of the palm survives and re-flushes at the first sign of warm weather.
Trim off brown and burnt fronds before the first flush for faster growth. This palm can reach heights of 20+ feet in a few years.

Palm, Windmill
Prefers Full sun
The Windmill palm is not near as fast growing as the Mexican fan, but it also is much less prone to having burned fronds during the winter.
The fronds of Windmill are also smooth and do not have the sharp barbs that are on the Mexican Palm.
The slender hairy trunks are just an added interest to the landscape
