Sunny Smile is a late season novelty flower that adds a little extra punch into containers, planters and flower beds  with a bright yellow smile from this dwarf version of the native Sun Flower.

This plant is not typically ready during the early spring rush of the garden calender, it comes ready much later, towards the end of May into June. Planting Sunny Smile while still green and pre-flower is a good idea, getting the plant rooted and established before the flowering period begins during the mid to late summer  through the fall. Avoid over watering, and areas that have poor drainage.

The smaller the container the smaller this variety will stay,from about 10" tall in small pot  to about 20" tall when planted in the ground or larger planter with multiple blooms.
