Normally used and seen as an interior plant and a florist plant. We like to use them outdoors for porches and patios and the shade gardens. Thick succulent leaves form a dense small plant with clusters of blooms resting on top.
The blooms last for 6-8 weeks each cycle. Once the blooms fade trim them off and a new round of blooms should reform for more color later on in the season.
